Just like with any other HTML element, you can set the background color, the color of the text, and other properties. Here are some of the more common ways of setting the color of HTML scrollboxes.
To change the background color of your scrollbox, use the CSS

scrollbar-base-color property is not an official CSS property and only works on some browsers. If the following example doesn't seem to work for you, it's probably because your browser doesn't support the

Use the CSS 'scrollbar-base-color' property to change the color of the scrollbars attached to your HTML scrollboxes.
You can change the border color of your scrollbox using the CSS
